Employee Assistance Program

We help businesses and organizations build more effective work environments. With the goal of improving employee retention, our team of professional therapists provides businesses and organizations with consultation services to help create more effective and positive work environments.

Many area employers have contracted with Family Resources to provide confidential, professional counseling services to employees and their families who may require help managing personal and work-related problems. The employer offers these counseling services to employees as part of their benefit package.
