Bonnie Apfel

Bonnie is a licensed mental health practitioner and a Licensed Professional counselor, and has been with Family Resources since January 2006. Prior to moving with her husband and family to Grand Island, Bonnie was in private practice in Kearney for 3 years. Her area of expertise is solution-focused work with children, teens, adults and couples. Bonnie also has expertise and experience in providing after-care grief services to individuals experiencing the death of a loved one. She has also organized and led teen support groups. Bonnie is a high-energy person, and enjoys working with a variety of ages and presenting issues. She enjoys golf, scrap booking and being with her family and friends.
