Tracy Waddington

Tracy is honored to be a team member with Family Resources. In 1994, Tracy received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Tracy graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with her Master's Degree in Community Counseling.  Tracy has a variety of experiences as she worked in the Dual Diagnosis field of Mental Health and Substance Abuse, as a Psychiatric Social Worker, serving the adult population for 8 years.  Tracy has also worked with youth who were State Wards within the realm of Health and Human Services, as well as with their families.  It is through these tremendous experiences and opportunities of being able to work with people of all ages in a strength-based and family centered approach that has brought Tracy a deep compassion of being able to be solution-focused and to "make a difference".  Tracy's specialties include being trained in Critical Incident Stress/Crisis Management, as well as working with the geriatric, working with youth, teenagers, adults, couples, as well as working with children who suffer with ADHD/ADD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder or Attention Deficit Disorder), as well as working with Children of Alcoholics.  Married, with two beautiful sons, Tracy shares a love for nature, spirituality, music, bicycling, walking and spending time with family and friends.
