Why Choose a Group Practice?
Why choose a group practice such as Family Resources of Greater Nebraska instead of a solo practitioner? The synergy of 10 therapists working together, sharing ideas, and offering positive support to one another allows us to provide added services to our client. We work in a supportive, caring environment and offer assistance to one another as needed. Our collective knowledge allows us to share resources and experiences. Our therapists are continually trained in innovative methods and the latest research. Information is shared following continuing education seminars that the therapists attend as well.
A group practice allows specialization in treatment areas. While each therapist is family systems oriented and shares a solution-focused philosophy of treatment, each has developed expertise in defined areas of treatment. Our billing specialist is available on-site to immediately determine benefits, and our Administrative Assistant is available to focus on information needed to effectively begin the treatment process.
Adjunct services such as parenting classes, are readily available and coordinated with the professionals providing these services. A supervising psychologist is on-site weekly for consultation, and relationships are also secured with treating psychiatrists for our clients.
