Divorcing Parenting Class
Who's Taking Care of the Children?
...a divorcing parents workshop
This is an interactive, energizing class that promotes brainstorming, problem solving and sharing as parents are re-oriented towards successful single parenting.
This class is designed to meet the court ordered requirements in Nebraska for divorcing parents. Our class offers parents the opportunity to focus on their children's needs during divorce/separation by reviewing the stress symptoms in children, designing goals for their children and identifying ways to reduce the stress by recognizing barriers and providing structure.
This class helps your child survive and thrive while helping you take care of yourself and move forward.
In our Grand Island office, this class is taught by our own motivational therapist, Carrie Sheldon. She brings humor and practical experience to the table and consistently gets rave reviews. In fact there is a waiting list so we suggest pre-registration as class size is limited. This class is offered twice monthly on Saturday mornings from nine to noon. In our Kearney office, dates and times vary depending upon group size. Please call to inquire.
