Conflict Management

Family Resources is dedicated to enhancing and preserving relationships. Skilled conflict management and mediation helps resolve problems while preserving relationships, and is a process that can be utilized with a variety of conflictual issues.

Our professional counselors are trained to assist families, employers and their employees, and organizations in skilled conflict management. Two members of our clinical staff have received over 30 hours of training from the state mediation centers in conflict resolution techniques, agreement writing, and ethics. All of our clinical staff has been trained in conflict management, helping parties find solutions that work for them.

Additionally, Family Resources has a partnering relationship with Central Mediation Center to further enhance services. Trained mediators use a collaborative problem solving process, which is respectful and fair.
